FNC Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Version: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FNC website, mobile applications, and services operated by FNC Collective LLC, located at Nashville, TN, USA (“FNC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms cover accounts, subscriptions, Gold and Silver balances, content publication, seller activities, courses, competitions, community interactions, payments, tax information, professional opportunities, and account deletion.
By creating an account or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to the provisions applicable to the services you use. If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Features and eligibility may vary according to account type, location, subscription, verification status, and service availability. A reference to a feature in these Terms does not mean that it is available to every account or in every location.
Our separate Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY_POLICY_URL], explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal information. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by applicable privacy law.
Additional purchase disclosures, seller schedules, promotional conditions, and official competition rules apply to their respective services. Those conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. General Terms of Service and Account Rules
1.1 Agreement and Scope
By creating an account or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to the terms applicable to the services you use.
A person acting for a business must have authority to bind that business.
Specific purchase terms, seller schedules, and official event rules apply to their respective transactions or events. They do not override mandatory law or applicable consumer and privacy rights.
The Privacy Policy explains processing. Acceptance of contractual terms does not replace consent where separate consent is legally required.
1.2 Age and Location Eligibility
The minimum age for an FNC account is 16.
Users must also satisfy any higher age requirement applicable to a particular service or location.
Selling, receiving payouts, administering a business, and participating in competitions require the legal eligibility stated for those activities.
Business accounts must be administered by an authorized adult.
Availability may differ for browsing, subscriptions, selling, competitions, and payouts. Users may not misrepresent their age, identity, location, or payment beneficiary to bypass restrictions.
1.3 Personal Accounts
Personal accounts represent individuals.
Subject to the relevant approval and feature rules, a personal account may:
Maintain a profile.
Publish permitted recipes and content.
Apply for professional roles.
Create and sell eligible products after seller and tax approval.
Manage its own courses, learners, and related earnings.
Issue eligible course-completion certificates.
Display consenting featured students.
Participate in competitions when Premium and other eligibility requirements are met.
Personal account status alone does not grant seller, critic, expert, instructor, or judge approval.
1.4 Business Accounts
Business accounts represent academies, companies, or other organizations.
Subject to approval and enabled features, a business account may manage its own courses, authorized staff, learners, certificates, eligible sales, and financial records.
Business records and funds are associated with the verified business and must not be confused with an administrator’s personal records.
Business accounts do not publish or sell recipes reserved for personal accounts and cannot act as an individual critic or create additional personal votes in individual competitions.
Personal and business accounts are separate account types and do not directly convert into one another.
1.5 Guest and Temporary Access
Where available, guest access permits limited use without the full features of a permanent account.
Guest access does not provide selling privileges, payout eligibility, or competition participation.
The interface explains limitations involving saved activity, synchronization, purchases, and account recovery.
Technical logs or installation records may still be processed. Guest access does not mean that no data is collected.
1.6 Accuracy and Account Security
You must provide accurate, current information appropriate to the feature you use.
Do not:
Impersonate another person or organization.
Fabricate credentials or qualifications.
Misstate business authority or ownership.
Submit false banking or tax information.
Use another person’s identity without authorization.
Share administrative credentials in place of authorized staff access.
You are responsible for information and instructions you knowingly provide and for authorized activity on your account.
This does not automatically make you liable for unauthorized transactions or losses for which applicable law provides protection.
1.7 Premium and Professional Status
Premium provides the membership benefits disclosed at purchase.
Premium does not automatically grant:
Seller approval.
Tax or payout approval.
Expert, critic, or judge status.
Professional licensure.
Accredited qualifications.
A winning score or award.
Guaranteed earnings or visibility.
Paid membership and merit-based recognition are separate.
1.8 Universal Selling Requirement
No account may sell any permitted recipe, course, book, collection, or other content until all of the following are complete:
Required seller onboarding.
Approval of selling privileges.
Complete and accurate submission of required tax information.
Validation of that information.
Approval for the relevant product category and location.
This requirement applies to personal and business accounts, including Premium, verified, and Founding Creator accounts.
Private user information is never an authorized product.
1.9 Content Ownership and Operational License
You retain the intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold in your content.
To provide the features you choose, you grant FNC a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, technically format, transmit, and display that content to the authorized audience.
Necessary infrastructure providers may perform those activities on FNC’s behalf.
This license does not transfer ownership, authorize unrelated exploitation of your identity, or grant unrestricted rights to train general-purpose AI systems on private material.
Separate permission is required where FNC wishes to use your likeness or content beyond the operational and promotional uses you have authorized.
The license is subject to deletion rights, limited lawful retention, and the resolution of existing buyer entitlements.
1.10 Badges, Quizzes, Rankings, and Recognition
Badges, levels, quiz results, rankings, and Hall of Fame recognition follow the applicable published criteria.
Verification represents the checks described for the particular badge. It is not a general guarantee of competence, safety, originality, or future performance.
Quiz rules identify applicable attempts, timing, scoring, progression, and result retention.
Seasonal or annual resets apply only to the recognition or statistics identified in the relevant rules. They do not erase purchased credits or valid payment entitlements.
FNC may correct errors or remove recognition obtained through substantiated misconduct, with an appropriate review route.
1.11 Founding Creator and Promotional Benefits
Founding Creator and other promotional benefits apply according to the recipient’s documented offer.
The offer identifies its duration, eligibility, limitations, and any expiration.
A complimentary membership does not automatically become a paid recurring subscription without the required purchase authorization.
Promotional status does not guarantee revenue, employment, competition success, or preferential judging.
1.12 Food, Nutrition, and Educational Information
FNC provides a platform for culinary and educational content.
Recipes, nutrition estimates, user opinions, and general educational materials do not replace individualized medical care or other regulated professional advice.
Users must consider allergens, storage, equipment instructions, and food-safety requirements appropriate to their circumstances.
Disclaimers do not permit knowingly dangerous instructions or unsupported claims to diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
1.13 Service Restrictions and Changes
FNC may restrict a feature, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access for a material violation, serious safety concern, unlawful conduct, or legal requirement.
Where appropriate, we provide an explanation and an appeal route.
Urgent action may be taken to address harm or preserve evidence. Certain details may be withheld where disclosure would breach law, expose another person’s private information, or undermine security.
Material service changes are communicated appropriately. Accrued lawful earnings and mandatory purchase remedies remain protected.
1.14 Availability and Responsibility
We exercise reasonable care in operating FNC but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free user content, or a particular commercial outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
FNC remains responsible for its own applicable privacy, security, payment, moderation, and consumer obligations.
Users remain responsible for their own unlawful conduct, unauthorized publications, fraudulent submissions, and contractual breaches to the extent provided by applicable law.
1.15 Complaints and Governing Law
Contact info@fnc1.app with a description of the issue and a relevant identifier.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, with disputes subject to [COURT_OR_JURISDICTION], while preserving mandatory rights to rely on applicable local consumer law or bring a claim in another competent forum.
Nothing in this document creates a mandatory arbitration agreement or waives non-waivable statutory rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
1.16 App License and Terms Updates
Where Apple’s standard license applies to the iOS application, the Apple Standard EULA governs the app license alongside these service terms.
For other access, FNC grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended lawful purposes.
Material contractual changes are accompanied by appropriate notice, and renewed acceptance is obtained where required.
2. Gold, Silver, and Wallet Rules
2.1 Different Balance Types
FNC maintains separate records for purchased credits, creator earnings, competition awards, and Silver.
Balance | Description | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
Purchased Gold | Gold purchased through an authorized payment channel for eligible FNC transactions | Not withdrawable as cash; applicable refund rights remain available |
Earnings Gold | Eligible proceeds from approved content sales | Withdrawable after the applicable verification, clearance, and payout requirements |
Prize Gold | Gold awarded under an official competition | Withdrawable only where the event expressly identifies it as a withdrawable award |
Silver | Non-cash rewards earned under published FNC programs | Not withdrawable and not convertible to cash or withdrawable Gold |
A combined display does not change the restrictions attached to each balance.
2.2 Gold Value
One Gold equals USD 1 for FNC accounting and eligible settlement purposes.
This value does not make Purchased Gold withdrawable.
Before a purchase, FNC displays the quantity, price, currency, applicable taxes, and any expressly offered bonus or discount.
Currency conversion and separately disclosed pricing arrangements do not silently change the accounting value of credited Gold.
Gold and Silver are not physical precious metals, shares, interest-bearing deposits, or representations of ownership in FNC.
2.3 Purchased Gold
Purchased Gold may be used only for eligible FNC content or services identified as accepting it.
It may not be traded externally, pledged, sold to another user, or transferred outside an authorized platform transaction.
Purchased Gold does not expire merely because of inactivity or an annual recognition reset.
A content purchase using Gold creates a separate seller receivable only when it is a valid transaction under the seller terms.
Self-purchases, circular transactions, collusion, and fabricated sales intended to convert Purchased Gold into withdrawable funds are prohibited.
2.4 Silver
Silver may be awarded for qualifying participation, achievements, referrals, or other published activities.
Each offer identifies:
The qualifying activity.
The amount awarded.
Applicable limits.
Validation requirements.
Redemption options.
Any lawful expiry.
Fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, duplicated actions, manipulated engagement, or reversed qualifying transactions do not create valid rewards.
Silver is not sold for money under this policy. It cannot be withdrawn, sold externally, converted into withdrawable Gold, used to buy votes, or used as a separate competition entry payment.
2.5 Silver Redemption and Premium
Where offered, Silver may be redeemed for identified FNC services, content, or a specified complimentary Premium period.
Before redemption, the confirmation screen states the Silver cost, benefit, start and end dates, and effect on existing entitlements.
A Silver redemption does not automatically cancel, pause, or change an Apple- or Google-billed subscription.
If redemption cannot be applied consistently with the existing entitlement, it must not be accepted without an explanation and an appropriate resolution.
A complimentary benefit does not automatically become a paid subscription.
2.6 Earnings and Withdrawable Awards
Only eligible Earnings Gold and expressly withdrawable Prize Gold count toward a withdrawal.
The ordinary minimum payout is:
USD 100, equivalent to 100 available withdrawable Gold.
This threshold is measured after sale-level deductions already recorded and before payout tax withholding.
FNC processes a valid payout request within seven calendar days under Section 9.
2.7 Corrections, Refunds, and Restrictions
Refunded, reversed, duplicated, or incorrectly credited transactions may require corresponding balance adjustments.
Adjustments must identify the relevant transaction and reason.
A refund does not convert Purchased Gold into Earnings Gold. A mandatory monetary refund is not replaced with Silver without a lawful basis.
FNC may impose a proportionate temporary hold while investigating an affected transaction. Unrelated lawful earnings are not automatically forfeited.
2.8 Account Closure
Before account closure, users may review balances, export records, and request eligible settlement.
Purchased Gold and Silver are not automatically converted into cash.
Valid earnings, vested awards, mandatory refunds, and applicable unclaimed-property rights remain subject to their governing rules and law.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases, Cancellation, and Refunds
3.1 What Premium Includes
Premium provides ongoing access to the FNC membership sections, features, and tools identified in the subscription offer.
Competition eligibility is one benefit within this broader subscription.
The included services remain available during the applicable membership period whether or not a member participates in a competition.
Separately priced creator products, including particular courses or books, must be clearly identified before purchase. Access to a platform section or tool does not automatically include ownership of every product listed within it.
3.2 Purchase Disclosures
Before purchase, the relevant screen identifies:
The product or subscription.
The seller or service provider.
The total price and currency.
Applicable taxes.
The billing interval.
Access duration.
Included benefits.
Material restrictions.
Renewal or trial conditions.
The payment provider.
An annual subscription displays the annual charge clearly, even where a monthly equivalent is also shown.
3.3 Payment Channels
Digital purchases made in the iOS application use Apple In-App Purchase, and digital purchases made in the Google Play application use Google Play Billing, except where a separately implemented and permitted storefront program or exception applies.
A general reference to an exception does not authorize an unavailable payment route.
FNC does not use payout bank details as subscription billing credentials.
3.4 Automatic Renewal
An auto-renewing subscription continues for successive billing periods unless canceled through the applicable billing provider.
The purchase screen states the recurring price, interval, and relevant cancellation information.
A trial or introductory offer identifies its duration and the price that applies afterward.
Where required, price changes or other material subscription changes are subject to notice and consent.
3.5 Cancellation
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, unless a refund, store decision, or applicable law requires a different result.
Apple subscriptions may be managed through Apple subscription management.
Google Play subscriptions may be managed through Google Play subscription management.
Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting an FNC account does not automatically cancel a store-billed subscription.
3.6 Restoring Access
Eligible purchases may be restored or reconciled through the applicable store and FNC account.
A device change or reinstall does not create duplicate entitlements or duplicate wallet balances.
Spent consumable Gold is not automatically recreated by a general restore function. Missing-credit issues are reviewed against transaction records.
3.7 Refunds and Mandatory Rights
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase, store policy, transaction facts, and mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms removes a right to a refund, withdrawal, replacement, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requests involving store-billed purchases may need to be submitted through the applicable store’s process. FNC provides reasonable assistance and reconciles any approved refund.
Where immediate supply of digital content affects a statutory withdrawal right, any required express consent and acknowledgment must be obtained before supply. Acceptance of this document alone is not a substitute.
3.8 Fraud, Chargebacks, and Access Adjustments
Do not submit a knowingly false refund claim or use an unauthorized payment method.
A refund, reversal, or chargeback may require adjustment of the associated access, credits, or seller proceeds.
FNC investigates the relevant transaction and does not automatically confiscate unrelated earnings.
3.9 Service Removal
If paid content or a paid feature becomes unavailable, FNC and the responsible seller assess the applicable fulfillment, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
A general right to modify the service does not eliminate obligations arising from an accepted purchase.
4. Seller Approval, Courses, Books, Students, and Certificates
4.1 Seller Approval Is Mandatory
No account may activate a paid listing, accept payment, or sell eligible content until seller onboarding and tax validation are complete.
Submitting an application or uploading an unfinished form is not approval.
The requirement applies to every supported sales route, including eligible purchases using Gold.
Premium, a verification badge, professional status, or a promotional benefit does not replace seller approval.
4.2 Personal and Business Sellers
Personal sellers must provide the correct information for the individual or legally appropriate payee.
Business sellers must provide accurate entity, representative, ownership, and tax information appropriate to the business.
An account label does not determine tax residency or legal status.
Approval applies only to the content categories and regions enabled for that seller.
4.3 Permitted Products
Approved sellers may offer only products permitted for their account type and category.
They must have the necessary rights to publish, distribute, and sell those products.
Personal data, private records, account credentials, and confidential learner or applicant information are not permitted products.
Business accounts remain subject to the restriction on recipe publication and recipe sales reserved for personal accounts.
4.4 Accurate Listings
Listings must accurately describe:
The creator or provider.
Product subject and format.
Language.
Included materials.
Access period.
Requirements or prerequisites.
Any scheduled teaching.
Assessment and certificate conditions.
Price and material restrictions.
Applicable support and refund arrangements.
Do not fabricate accreditation, reviews, learning outcomes, credentials, or endorsements.
4.5 Course Publication
Before publishing a course, an instructor must ensure that:
The materials are complete enough to match the offer.
Necessary permissions and licenses are held.
Instructions and learning claims are accurate.
Relevant food-safety and allergen information is included.
Assessment rules are disclosed.
Student information is handled appropriately.
Any limits on support, access, or updates are stated.
A course may not be advertised as accredited or professionally qualifying unless that claim is accurate and supported.
4.6 Books, Translations, and Licensed Materials
Owning a copy of a book or crediting its author does not automatically authorize uploading, translating, distributing, or selling it.
Sellers must hold the relevant rights or another valid legal basis.
A license must cover the actual language, format, audience, territory, and commercial use involved.
4.7 Students and Educational Records
Instructors and authorized organizations may manage their own enrolled students and relevant learning records.
They may not access unrelated learners or use educational records for undisclosed marketing, resale, or unrelated profiling.
Featured-student displays require the learner’s separate permission where applicable.
Withdrawal of publicity permission does not by itself invalidate an earned result.
4.8 Assessments and Certificates
Assessment rules identify applicable questions or tasks, timing, attempts, passing criteria, and scoring.
Changes must not unfairly alter the conditions of an assessment already underway.
Personal instructors and business accounts may issue course-completion certificates where the feature is enabled.
Certificates must identify the issuer and the achievement accurately. They must not imply government approval, professional licensure, or accreditation without a valid basis.
4.9 Seller Commission
FNC’s seller commission is 1% of the applicable sale amount calculated under Section 9.
The commission is charged once in the sale settlement calculation. It is not charged again merely because a seller withdraws earnings.
Any separate permitted store or provider charge must be disclosed and allocated clearly.
4.10 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
Content rights and truthful descriptions.
Lawful fulfillment.
Their own professional and business obligations.
Accurate tax and payout information.
Responding appropriately to buyer issues.
Protecting information received through a sale or course.
Maintaining necessary records.
FNC remains responsible for its own contractual and legal duties.
4.11 Restrictions and Removal
FNC may suspend a listing or selling privileges for incomplete or invalid tax information, fraud, infringement, unsafe content, misleading claims, or another material violation.
Where appropriate, FNC provides notice, a correction route, and an appeal process.
Removal of a listing does not automatically justify forfeiting unrelated cleared earnings.
Existing buyer rights must be addressed through appropriate fulfillment or remedies.
5. Recipe and Content Publication Rules
5.1 Publication Eligibility
Eligible personal accounts may publish recipes and permitted recipe collections.
Selling any recipe or collection requires the seller and tax approvals described in Sections 4 and 10.
Permission to publish freely is separate from permission to sell.
5.2 Accuracy and Safety
Recipe authors must provide clear information appropriate to the recipe, including:
Ingredients and quantities.
Preparation and cooking steps.
Relevant temperature and timing instructions.
Yield or serving information where stated.
Storage and reheating guidance where material.
Relevant allergens or significant safety concerns.
Honest information about testing and results.
Do not describe a recipe as allergen-free, medically suitable, nutritionally verified, or professionally tested without a reasonable basis.
A substitution may change allergens, nutrition, texture, or safety. Relevant limitations should be disclosed.
5.3 Originality and Attribution
Publish only material you created or have authority to use.
Credit sources where appropriate, but do not treat attribution as a substitute for permission.
Original writing, photographs, illustrations, and videos may be protected separately from ingredients, facts, ideas, or cooking methods.
FNC does not promise exclusive ownership of an unprotectable ingredient list or culinary idea.
5.4 Images, AI, and Editing
Images and descriptions must not materially misrepresent the submitted work.
Do not present a generated image as documentary proof of a dish you actually prepared.
Users remain responsible for AI-assisted material they publish and must disclose material synthetic elements where necessary to avoid deception.
Competition rules may impose stricter originality or AI restrictions, which must be disclosed before entry.
5.5 Commercial Disclosures
Disclose relevant sponsorships, affiliate relationships, paid placements, or other material commercial connections.
Do not fabricate product testing, research citations, peer review, institutional approval, or health outcomes.
5.6 Corrections and Removal
Authors should correct material errors, particularly safety-related errors.
Competition entries may be locked under the event timetable.
FNC may request revisions, apply a safety notice, restrict distribution, or remove content where there is a substantiated concern.
FNC does not guarantee that every recipe or user submission has been independently tested.
6. Skill Competitions, Fair Voting, and Official Event Rules
6.1 Purpose and Organizer
FNC competitions are community activities designed to recognize culinary skill, educational quality, creativity, and professional contribution.
The organizer and sponsor is [LEGAL_OPERATOR_NAME], the developer and operator of FNC.
Competition outcomes are determined through the published submission, voting, and judging process.
Winners are not selected through a lottery draw, random number, purchased lottery ticket, or other random winner-selection mechanism.
Apple and Google do not sponsor, administer, endorse, or participate in organizing these competitions or selecting winners.
6.2 Premium Membership Requirement
Active FNC Premium membership is required to enter FNC competitions.
Accounts without active Premium membership cannot enter.
Premium is a subscription to FNC’s broader package of membership sections, features, and tools. Competition participation is one benefit within that package.
The included services remain available during the applicable membership period whether a member enters a competition, advances, wins, or chooses not to compete.
The subscription offer identifies the actual included services, price, billing interval, and any separately priced creator products.
FNC does not impose a competition-related subscription price increase or allocate a portion of the subscription charge as a separate entry fee or wager.
There is no separate per-entry or advancement charge and no deduction of Gold or Silver to purchase an entry.
Participation remains optional for eligible Premium members.
6.3 Membership Checks and Equal Treatment
The official event rules state when Premium status is checked and how expiry, cancellation, a refunded subscription, or an interruption affects an accepted entry.
Cancellation of future renewal is distinguished from expiry of the current membership period.
Any continuing-membership condition must be disclosed before entry.
Among eligible participants, spending, subscription duration, purchased credits, badges, or commercial relationships do not buy:
Additional votes.
Higher scores.
Preferential judging.
Undisclosed additional entries.
Preferential placement in the official voting process.
A larger award.
Premium establishes participation eligibility. It is not a judging criterion.
6.4 Other Eligibility Requirements
Entrants must satisfy the event’s published requirements, including:
Minimum age.
Eligible account type.
Eligible location.
Active Premium status.
Content and authorship requirements.
Submission deadline.
Any necessary legal or payout eligibility.
People administering or judging an event, and others excluded under its conflict-of-interest rules, may not participate as entrants.
A business account may not enter an event reserved for individual creators or cast an additional individual vote.
Eligibility restrictions must be disclosed before participation.
6.5 Official Event Rules
Each competition must have accessible official rules stating:
Event name and identifier.
Organizer.
Eligibility.
Theme and permitted submission formats.
Entry limits.
Originality and AI requirements.
Opening and closing times.
Time zone.
Voting period.
Qualification procedure.
Judging criteria and weights.
Tie procedure.
Number and value of awards.
Whether Gold awards are withdrawable.
Verification and tax requirements.
Claim and payment dates.
Appeal procedure.
Cancellation or disruption rules.
The event-specific rules supplement this general framework and remain accessible after entry closes.
6.6 Submissions
Entrants must submit complete, accurate, eligible work before the deadline.
They must hold the rights required to submit the work and allow the disclosed event uses.
Saving a draft is not confirmation of entry.
An accepted submission receives an event or entry reference and is governed by the rules version accepted for that event.
Entries may be locked at the published time. Any permitted correction must follow a disclosed procedure applied consistently.
6.7 Public Voting
Only accounts meeting the event’s voter-eligibility requirements may vote.
The rules disclose:
Daily and total voting limits.
Reset times.
Whether repeat votes on the same entry are permitted.
Whether self-voting is permitted.
The effect of invalidated votes.
The role of voting in qualification and final scoring.
Eligible voters are subject to the same applicable limits.
The following are prohibited:
Purchased votes.
Automated or bot voting.
Multiple accounts used to evade limits.
Vote exchanges conditioned on reciprocal support.
Rewards or payments for votes.
Coercion or threats.
Manipulation of technical controls.
Ordinary, uncompensated promotion of an entry may be allowed on equal terms.
6.8 Vote Validation and Qualification
Displayed vote counts are provisional until validation is complete.
FNC may review relevant signals for duplicated identities, automation, coordinated manipulation, or other violations.
A shared IP address, device, or geographic location alone is not conclusive proof of misconduct.
Where an event uses a top-20 qualification stage, its rules specify how the top 20 eligible entries are selected and how ties at the qualification boundary are handled.
No random elimination or unpublished payment requirement may be introduced to resolve qualification.
Material vote corrections and exclusions must be recorded and applied consistently.
6.9 Professional Judging
Judges must have qualifications appropriate to the category and must evaluate submissions against the published rubric.
Judges must disclose material conflicts, including relevant financial, family, employment, teaching, or collaboration relationships.
A conflicted judge must not determine the affected entrant’s score. An appropriate replacement or disclosed alternative procedure must be used.
Judges must not:
Accept payment or gifts for favorable treatment.
Coordinate favoritism.
Use undisclosed criteria.
Score a participant differently because of spending or subscription duration.
Claim to have tested or tasted something they have not evaluated.
FNC maintains records sufficient to review material scoring disputes.
6.10 Scoring Framework
The event rules specify the exact scoring method.
Where the standard FNC weighted model is used, the weighting is:
Professional judging: 60%.
Validated public voting: 30%.
Published objective submission requirements: 10%.
Each component must be defined before entry opens, including:
The judging rubric.
The method of converting votes into a comparable score.
The objective requirements contributing to the final component.
The treatment of missing or invalid data.
The rounding and tie rules.
Weights and criteria may not be changed after opening to favor a participant.
A food-photography event must assess criteria relevant to photography. A recipe or educational event must use criteria appropriate to the submitted work.
6.11 Ties
Ties are resolved through the skill-based procedure published before entry.
The procedure may use a higher judging score, a preidentified primary criterion, an additional independent assessment, or a disclosed shared-ranking arrangement.
Random draws, coin flips, or paid tie-breaking opportunities are not used.
Any shared award arrangement must explain the effect on prize allocation and subsequent rankings.
6.12 Awards
Each event identifies the exact awards and their conditions.
Where an event offers Gold for the first three positions and Silver for the following seventeen positions, the exact amounts and tie treatment must be stated before entry.
An award described as Gold must identify:
Its quantity.
Its USD 1-per-Gold accounting value.
Whether it is withdrawable.
Relevant payout conditions.
Applicable minimums.
Verification and tax requirements.
Silver awards must disclose their permitted redemption and non-cash status.
Prizes are funded by FNC or disclosed sponsors according to the published award schedule. They do not increase through a participant-funded entry pool or additional participant spending.
6.13 Prize Verification and Payment
A provisional winner becomes final after the applicable eligibility, authorship, integrity, identity, and tax checks.
Required evidence must be proportionate to the award and disclosed process.
Receiving a validly earned award does not require:
An additional Premium purchase or renewal solely to release the award.
A deposit.
Further paid participation.
An FNC prize-release fee.
Applicable tax withholding and permitted payment-provider charges must be disclosed and itemized.
Any USD 100 payout minimum must be stated before entry. A restricted balance below that threshold must not be advertised as immediately payable cash.
A valid award may not be made dependent on buying further access in order to receive the promised payment.
6.14 Results, Appeals, and Transparency
FNC publishes the result information needed to explain rankings and awards while protecting private records.
Participants may challenge:
Eligibility errors.
Incorrect vote counts.
Invalid votes.
Calculation errors.
Undisclosed conflicts.
Departures from the published procedure.
The event states the appeal deadline and channel.
Where feasible, a person who did not make the disputed decision reviews the appeal.
An appeal does not guarantee a new subjective score merely because a participant disagrees with a properly conducted evaluation.
6.15 Changes, Disruption, and Cancellation
FNC may pause, extend, or cancel an event where fraud, technical failure, a legal restriction, or another substantial issue prevents fair completion.
FNC must communicate the reason and adopt a proportionate response.
Changes must not selectively benefit an entrant or retrospectively alter judging to produce a preferred winner.
A cancellation does not automatically eliminate a valid, accrued award obligation.
6.16 Competition Content and Privacy
Entrants retain their rights in submitted work.
FNC may use entries to operate the competition, conduct voting and judging, publish results, and communicate the event within the disclosed scope.
Unrelated advertising or endorsements require separate permission where applicable.
Banking, tax, and private verification records are never published as part of a winner announcement.
7. Community Standards, Reporting, Blocking, and Child Safety
7.1 Scope
These standards apply to profiles, uploads, comments, reviews, messages, courses, jobs, competition activity, and other enabled interactions.
Premium status, professional recognition, or sales revenue does not exempt an account from these standards.
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
FNC prohibits:
Threats, harassment, stalking, and targeted abuse.
Hateful or discriminatory conduct.
Sexual exploitation or abuse.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
Grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or sexualized conduct involving minors.
Non-consensual intimate material.
Pornographic content outside the permitted purpose of the service.
Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private information.
Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive recruitment.
Malware and malicious links.
Infringing content.
Deliberate manipulation of votes, reviews, ratings, referrals, or purchases.
Dangerous instructions or unsupported harmful health claims.
Spam and coordinated abusive activity.
Attempts to evade a restriction through another account.
Unauthorized sale of personal or confidential information.
7.3 Reviews and Commercial Conduct
Reviews must reflect a genuine relevant experience.
Users may not buy fabricated reviews, suppress lawful negative feedback through threats, or condition refunds and support on a positive review.
Material commercial relationships must be disclosed where relevant.
7.4 Reporting
Users may report content, accounts, messages, or activity through the available reporting controls or info@fnc1.app.
Reports should identify the relevant material and explain the concern.
Do not download, duplicate, or forward illegal material merely to support a report. A location reference and description may be sufficient.
FNC assesses reports according to their seriousness and the available evidence.
A report is not, by itself, proof that the reported person violated a rule.
7.5 Blocking
Users may block other accounts through the available controls.
Blocking restricts supported direct interactions described in the interface. It does not necessarily remove all publicly accessible material or prevent viewing through an unrelated public channel.
Reporting and blocking are separate actions.
An account may not evade a block to continue unwanted contact.
7.6 Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, FNC may:
Request a correction.
Remove or limit content.
Restrict messaging or another feature.
Suspend selling or competition access.
Suspend an account.
Terminate access.
Preserve necessary evidence.
Make a legally required report.
Actions should be proportionate and should not automatically confiscate unrelated lawful earnings.
7.7 Appeals
Where appropriate, a moderation notice includes the reason and an appeal route.
Users may submit relevant context or evidence.
FNC reviews substantiated errors and corrects decisions where warranted.
Information may be withheld where disclosure would expose another person’s private information, compromise safety, or breach law.
7.8 Child Safety
FNC prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in all forms.
Suspected child-safety violations may be reported through the platform or info@fnc1.app.
FNC takes appropriate action on substantiated concerns and makes reports to relevant authorities or designated reporting organizations where required.
Users facing immediate danger should contact the appropriate emergency service.
7.9 Confidentiality
Reports are handled with appropriate confidentiality, but absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
Information may need to be disclosed to investigate a complaint, provide procedural fairness, comply with law, or operate a formal intellectual-property process.
8. Copyright, Intellectual Property, and Takedown
8.1 Ownership
Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in their original work.
FNC’s branding, software, and other proprietary platform materials remain owned by FNC or their respective rights holders.
Permission to access content does not automatically authorize republication, resale, translation, redistribution, or commercial reuse.
8.2 Recipes and Educational Content
A recipe’s original writing, photographs, video, and other creative expression may be protected.
Ingredients, facts, ideas, and methods are not necessarily protected in the same way.
Users must not claim exclusive rights beyond what applicable law provides.
A buyer’s license is limited to the rights stated in the product offer.
8.3 Copyright Complaints
A copyright complaint should identify:
The rights holder or authorized representative.
Contact details.
The protected work.
The location of the allegedly infringing material.
The basis of the complaint.
Relevant supporting information.
Any statement and signature required by the applicable legal process.
Send initial concerns to info@fnc1.app.
Where the U.S. DMCA notice procedure applies, the designated agent details are:
Copyright Contact
Designated Agent: Copyright Manager
Organization: FNC Collective LLC
Mailing Address: 6752 Sunnywood Dr, Nashville, TN 37211, USA
Telephone: +1 (629) 345-3121
Email: info@fnc1.app
A formal DMCA notice must include the statements and information required by that procedure.
8.4 Review and Restriction
FNC may remove or restrict access to material following a valid notice or another substantiated rights concern.
Where appropriate, the uploader is notified and given an opportunity to respond.
A rights allegation does not automatically establish that every use is unlawful. Applicable licenses, exceptions, and lawful defenses must be considered.
8.5 Counter-Notices
Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, the affected uploader may submit a compliant counter-notice, including:
Identification of the removed material and its former location.
Contact information.
The required good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
The required consent to court jurisdiction and service.
A physical or electronic signature.
The counter-notice may be forwarded to the complainant.
Where the statutory process applies, restoration ordinarily occurs within the applicable ten-to-fourteen-business-day period after receipt of a valid counter-notice unless the required notice of court action is received.
Material may remain restricted on a separate valid legal or platform ground, which should be explained appropriately.
8.6 Repeat Infringement and False Notices
FNC maintains a process for addressing repeated infringement, including termination in appropriate circumstances.
Knowingly false or abusive notices and counter-notices are prohibited and may create legal liability.
8.7 Paid Content
Where paid material is removed, FNC reviews buyer access, refunds, seller proceeds, and other remedies under the applicable purchase terms and law.
A removal does not automatically entitle FNC to confiscate unrelated earnings.
9. Earnings, Settlement, and Bank Information
9.1 Eligible Earnings
Only valid receipts from authorized sales enter the seller earnings ledger.
Selling requires completed onboarding, approved selling privileges, and complete, accurate, validated tax information.
Prize recipients who do not sell content complete the payee and tax checks appropriate to their awards. They are not required to falsely register a commercial activity merely to receive a prize.
9.2 Seller Commission
FNC charges sellers a commission of:
1% of the applicable sale amount.
The commission base is the actual sale amount after authorized discounts, excluding separately collected customer transaction taxes and amounts refunded or reversed.
The commission is recorded once in the sale calculation.
FNC does not deduct the same 1% again when the seller requests settlement.
The seller commission does not apply to competition prizes.
9.3 Other Charges
Store, bank, payment-provider, or currency-conversion charges are distinct from FNC’s 1% seller commission.
Any charge allocated to a seller must be disclosed before the relevant arrangement is accepted, where required.
An undisclosed charge may not be hidden by changing the stated value of Gold.
Taxes, fees, and refunds must not be deducted twice for the same obligation.
9.4 Gold Conversion and Minimum Payout
One eligible withdrawable Gold equals USD 1.
The ordinary minimum payout request is:
USD 100 or 100 available withdrawable Gold.
The threshold is assessed after sale-level deductions already recorded and before payout withholding.
Purchased Gold and Silver do not count toward the withdrawal threshold.
A valid USD 100 gross withdrawal may produce a net deposit below USD 100 after applicable withholding and any separately permitted disclosed charge.
9.5 Settlement Timing
FNC processes and initiates a valid payout within seven calendar days after the payout request is recorded as valid.
A valid request requires:
An eligible available balance.
Satisfaction of the minimum.
Current required identity and tax information.
A verified payout destination.
A supported and lawful payment route.
No specific lawful hold preventing payment.
The recorded acceptance time starts the seven-day processing period. FNC does not silently restart the period because of an ordinary internal queue.
The receiving bank’s credit time may be additional and is distinguished from FNC’s processing deadline.
9.6 Bank Information and Authorization
Bank information is collected for payout verification, payment execution, reconciliation, correction, fraud prevention, and related legal duties.
By providing a destination, you authorize its use for those limited purposes.
This does not authorize unrelated withdrawals, subscription charges, access to your bank login, or unrestricted direct debits.
The bank account or other payout destination must belong to the verified payee or otherwise be an expressly permitted and verified arrangement.
9.7 Accuracy and Changes
Keep payout information accurate and current.
A change may require reauthentication, an ownership check, or a proportionate temporary security hold.
Incorrect details may delay or misdirect a payment.
FNC provides reasonable assistance with an error but cannot guarantee recovery of money already transferred to an incorrect destination.
Responsibility is assessed according to the facts and applicable law.
9.8 Withholding and Statements
Payouts are made after deduction of legally applicable tax withholding.
The statement identifies:
Gross eligible amount.
Relevant sale adjustments.
FNC commission already applied.
Any permitted provider charges.
Tax category and applicable rate.
Withheld tax.
Net settlement.
Currency and conversion information, where relevant.
Transaction reference.
Withholding does not necessarily satisfy every tax obligation of the recipient.
9.9 Holds and Investigations
A specific amount may be held where reasonably necessary because of:
A refund or chargeback exposure.
A suspicious transaction.
Inaccurate payee or tax information.
A relevant rights dispute.
A payment-provider restriction.
A court order.
Another applicable legal requirement.
A hold must be proportionate, linked to the affected issue, and reviewed.
Where a hold prevents the seven-day commitment, FNC provides notice, the reason, affected amount, and the available correction or review route where legally permitted.
An ordinary internal delay is not automatically a lawful exception.
9.10 Failed Payments and Reversals
A failed transfer is recorded accurately and returned to the appropriate balance when its status is confirmed.
An unpaid amount is not represented as successfully paid.
If a refunded sale was already settled, a lawful adjustment may be applied to future eligible proceeds or pursued through an appropriate process.
This clause does not authorize an undisclosed bank debit.
9.11 Geographic Restrictions
Payouts are available only where lawful and supported by the relevant providers.
Eligibility is assessed using the actual parties, location, ownership, transaction, and payment route.
Users may not use false addresses, borrowed identities, undisclosed beneficiaries, substitute accounts, or indirect routing to evade restrictions.
9.12 Closure and Final Settlement
Account closure does not automatically eliminate a valid payable.
FNC arranges appropriate final settlement or explains a particular lawful restriction, including the treatment of any balance below the ordinary minimum.
Mandatory payment and unclaimed-property obligations remain applicable.
A pending financial matter does not justify keeping an otherwise deletable social account fully active indefinitely.
10. Tax Information for Personal and Business Sellers
10.1 Tax Completion Before Selling
Every account must complete and accurately certify the tax information required for its selling arrangement before sales are enabled.
The information must be validated and remain current.
Pending, incomplete, rejected, expired, or materially inaccurate tax information may prevent new sales until corrected.
Premium or professional status does not provide an exemption.
10.2 Correct Payee and Classification
Tax documentation is based on the actual legal payee, tax residency, entity classification, and transaction.
A personal account is not proof of individual tax treatment in every situation.
A business account does not automatically require the same form for every entity.
Nationality, residence, incorporation, and tax residency are distinct matters.
10.3 U.S. Documentation Examples
Depending on the circumstances:
A U.S. person for federal tax purposes may be required to provide Form W-9.
An eligible foreign individual may be required to provide Form W-8BEN.
An eligible foreign entity may be required to provide Form W-8BEN-E.
Other situations may require another form or supporting documentation.
Disregarded entities, partnerships, intermediaries, and effectively connected income require the appropriate analysis.
Official instructions are available from the IRS:
10.4 Accuracy and Certification
Provide the correct legal name, address, tax residency, identification information, classification, and authorized certification.
Do not:
Invent a tax number.
Use another person’s identity.
Claim an unsupported treaty benefit.
Conceal the actual beneficial owner.
Misstate tax residency.
Sign without authority.
Notify FNC of relevant changes within the applicable required period.
10.5 Withholding
FNC or the responsible provider deducts withholding that is legally applicable to the recipient and transaction.
There is no fabricated universal tax rate for every seller or country.
Where the applicable withholding is zero, FNC does not impose an invented tax charge.
Missing or invalid documentation may result in restrictions or legally required withholding.
10.6 Reporting
FNC or the responsible payment provider prepares and files applicable tax information statements where required.
The form, threshold, amount, and reporting party depend on current law and the transaction.
An amount does not cease to be potentially taxable merely because it is described as Gold, a reward, or a platform credit.
10.7 Seller Tax Responsibilities
Sellers remain responsible for their own returns, registrations, records, and taxes not satisfied through legally required withholding.
Store-collected sales tax or VAT is distinct from the seller’s income tax.
FNC does not represent that tax onboarding is equivalent to filing every required return or paying every tax liability.
10.8 Protection and Retention
Tax information is used for classification, validation, withholding, reporting, recordkeeping, and related lawful compliance.
It is not published or sold.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and providers with a relevant responsibility.
Required records may remain after account deletion for their applicable legal retention period, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
10.9 Corrections
Contact info@fnc1.app about an incorrect tax record or statement.
Use the secure process provided for supporting documents.
Correcting information does not automatically reverse tax already lawfully remitted. The relevant correction or refund procedure must be followed.
11. Job Applications, Collaboration, and Professional Role Requests
11.1 Scope
These rules apply to enabled job listings, applications, collaboration requests, professional profiles, and applications for FNC roles.
The interface identifies the recipient and purpose of the submission.
A job application, a collaboration request, and a seller application are different actions.
11.2 Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants must provide accurate information about qualifications, work history, portfolios, availability, and authority to work where relevant.
Do not submit forged certificates, another person’s work, or invented employment history.
Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Banking and tax documents must not be requested through an ordinary initial application without a specific lawful need and secure process.
FNC does not guarantee employment, compensation, sponsorship, a visa, or an employer’s decision.
11.3 Employer and Organization Responsibilities
Listings must describe genuine opportunities and accurately identify the organization, role, responsibilities, location, status, and legally required compensation information.
Recruiters must have authority to act for the named organization.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Fictitious vacancies.
Discriminatory or unlawful requirements.
Misleading pay claims.
Recruitment scams.
Trafficking or exploitation.
Requests to transfer money to obtain a job.
Collection of applicant information for undisclosed resale or marketing.
A separate paid platform tool must not be misrepresented as a guarantee of hiring.
11.4 Application Privacy
Applications are shared with the selected recipient and necessary providers.
Public visibility requires a separately indicated choice.
Recipients may use application information only for the disclosed recruitment or collaboration purpose and a related lawful obligation.
Future-opportunity retention requires an appropriate separate choice and stated period where applicable.
11.5 Resulting Agreements
Unless FNC is expressly identified as the employer or contracting party, the applicant and organization are responsible for their resulting agreement and legal obligations.
FNC does not automatically become an employer, employment agency, or guarantor merely because an introduction occurs through the platform.
FNC remains responsible for its own applicable duties.
11.6 Withdrawals and Reports
Applicants may withdraw a pending application through the available control or support.
Withdrawal does not erase a lawfully formed contract or records subject to a legitimate retention requirement.
Users may report deceptive recruitment, inappropriate contact, or misuse of information and use available blocking controls.
11.7 FNC Professional Roles
Applications for seller, instructor, expert, critic, or judge status require the evidence disclosed for that role.
Approval for one role does not activate another.
In particular, professional recognition never substitutes for seller and tax approval before a sale.
Role approval does not automatically create an employment relationship or government-recognized credential.
FNC may review, decline, suspend, or revoke a role based on relevant evidence, with an appropriate explanation and review route.
12. Account and Personal Data Deletion
12.1 In-App Deletion
Users may initiate permanent account deletion through:
[IN_APP_ACCOUNT_DELETION_PATH]
The process explains the consequences, requests proportionate account verification, and provides confirmation.
Temporary deactivation, where offered, is separate from permanent deletion.
12.2 Website Deletion
Users may request deletion without reinstalling the app through:
https://fnc1.app/delete-account
If account access is unavailable, the page provides an assisted route. Users may also contact info@fnc1.app.
FNC requests only information reasonably necessary to identify and protect the account.
12.3 Information Removed
Deletion covers the account and associated information under FNC’s control, including relevant:
Profile information.
Private settings.
Drafts.
Uploaded content.
Social activity.
Saved content.
Linked account records.
Exceptions are limited to information that FNC has a lawful and specific reason to retain.
Deletion is not merely hiding a profile or replacing its visible name.
Relevant processors are instructed to perform corresponding deletion where applicable.
12.4 Completion and Backups
The normal deletion period is:
Within 30 days
Backup handling follows:
Within 90 days
Applicable legal deadlines take precedence where they require a different result.
If an extension or limited exception applies, FNC explains it where required.
12.5 Records That May Remain
Limited records may remain for:
Tax and accounting obligations.
A pending payout or refund.
A dispute or chargeback.
Fraud or serious safety prevention.
A valid legal preservation requirement.
Another specifically applicable legal obligation.
Each retained category remains subject to restricted access, purpose limitation, and an appropriate end point under the Privacy Policy.
Deletion does not authorize continued optional marketing.
12.6 Subscriptions
Deleting an FNC account does not necessarily cancel an Apple- or Google-billed subscription.
The deletion process identifies relevant subscription information available to FNC and provides the appropriate management route.
An active subscription does not remove the option to request immediate deletion.
Where delayed deletion until the end of a paid period is offered, it is an optional alternative.
12.7 Wallets, Earnings, and Awards
Before deletion, users may review balances and download relevant statements.
Purchased Gold and Silver are not automatically cashed out.
Valid earnings and vested awards are not automatically forfeited.
FNC arranges the applicable settlement or explains a lawful restriction while retaining only the records reasonably necessary to resolve it.
12.8 Courses and Existing Buyers
New sales stop when the relevant seller account is closed.
Existing buyer access, fulfillment, refunds, and other remedies must be addressed appropriately.
A content license is not an unlimited exception to deletion, and deletion does not automatically eliminate an existing buyer’s mandatory rights.
12.9 Business and Guest Records
An authorized person may request deletion of a business account.
A staff member may exercise rights over their own information without automatically having authority to delete the entire organization’s account.
Associated guest or installation records may also be addressed through the available controls or an assisted request.
12.10 Connected Accounts and External Copies
FNC disconnects or revokes relevant FNC access credentials where required as part of deletion.
Deleting FNC does not delete an Apple, Google, or other external provider account.
Other people may hold independently saved or lawfully retained copies. FNC takes applicable steps concerning copies under its control but cannot guarantee removal from every unrelated system.
12.11 Other Privacy Requests
Users may request correction, access, export, or deletion of particular information without necessarily closing the entire account.
The separate Privacy Policy explains applicable rights, verification, retention, and complaint procedures.
Contact:
A refusal or limitation is explained together with applicable review or complaint options.
Users are not penalized for lawfully exercising their privacy rights.
